I’ve used snowflake for all my family dogs, 25 years and they have never let me down. From routine vet visits to grooming- Jenny is so considerate and receptive to any kind of request we make and never fails to make my yorkie look beautiful. Great place and even greater people!

Snowflake helped me out with our local stray cat via the Feral Cat Program they have in collaboration with Milford Animal Control. They took very good care of my stray kitty friend—assessed him, removed his bad tooth, neutered and vaccinated him, all in the same day. He's back in the neighborhood, and happy. The staff was very kind and informative. Thanks again, Snowflake!

My pup needed an emergency surgery. Everyone here from the front office to the surgeon couldn't have been more friendly, professional or helpful from the moment we arrived. Turned out they were like that with every person / animal that came through the door! Dr.Brooks explained the surgery , showed what needed to be & then what actually was done. Saved my little pittie then went out of their way to save me money to boot! Great Job one & all!

We have used Snowflake the last few year to board our 3 dogs. Last week after dropping off we got a call email and text that there was an issue with one of our dogs. Her face looked swollen. They examined her and she had an abscess on her tooth. They provided her with emergency care to removed it, gave antibiotics and they even reached out to our home vet while we were traveling. They took such great care, we are thankful their observant staff caught this, and we highly recommended Snowflake. 🐾

I boarded my dog, Rosie, here over Christmas for 3 days because it was close to my in-laws’ house and the price seemed reasonable. Normally, I use Red Dog Resort and Spa in Boston (which I highly recommend), but this time we decided to try this place—thinking, “what could go wrong?” Unfortunately, it turned out to be a big mistake, and I regret ever bringing Rosie here. 1. Food & Weight Loss I always pre-measure Rosie’s meals into individual breakfast and dinner bags, with extra bags included just in case. When I picked her up, she had lost a noticeable amount of weight. Rosie is a lean 70lb German Shorthaired Pointer, so any weight loss is obvious. Shockingly, all of the “extra” food bags were gone, yet she clearly wasn’t eating enough to maintain her weight. Where did all that food go?
