VCA Baybrook Animal Hospital

It is never fun when a pet is sick but the care here felt genuine. The staff was attentive and friendly... and conscious of one's wallet by providing choices of the must do and the optional treatments.

Dr. Walsh was amazing to me and my cat for the final few months with my cat. I saw her only towards the end because my regular vet was busy and i needed to see someone so even though she was booked she made time to see my sick cat because that’s the kind of vet she is. From then on we tried many things to get him back on track and it looked positive at times but it was not to be and she helped me come to terms with that as well and prevent him from suffering (he was a 15 year old diabetic cat). I just had to put him down but if I ever get another animal I’ll definitely be back to see her because I felt heard and informed on everything along the way.

I absolutely adore the VCA Baybrook Animal Hospital. They are super accommodating to my Corgi’s needs. My dog does not do well with other animals in the waiting area. They cleared the area right away and my dog did absolutely wonderful with the Vet and Vet tech. She is very shy when it comes to her paws, but she opened up with these individuals. I am so glad we connected with these individuals.

I had the best experience with VCA. The doctor and the staff were wonderful and caring. The doctor called me the next day to see how my fur baby was doing. The place is very clean. I found my fur baby's vet.

Great place. Very clean, welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Calm atmosphere for 2 young kittens for their first exam.
