Animal Clinic of Milford

My first visit to a vet in over 30 years. It was enjoyable visit. Everyone was friendly & welcoming. I sat in exam room, they offered me water, I accepted. They were gracious and seemed very happy to treat my cat. Took him away for shots and returned with him as I wanted to observe his nail trim. The vet offered hints on doing it myself. We discussed further treatment recommended but no pressure to make decisions. I was impressed with the clinic and its staff.

Today was my first visit to this office as my pup is just 10weeks old. The staff was friendly however I think they need to get a better idea on the services and pricing they offer. While my first experience was pleasant because Dr.Sophia was so sweet and answered all my questions I found the office to be a bit pricey compared to others. For example a nail trim cost me 38.50 where other vets charge around 15.00 that’s more than double the price. But I will see how pricing and our next experience goes on our second visit to determine if we will continue to use their services.

I had the best experience here! I adopted my family’s new best friend through them and everyone I met and interacted with was professional, friendly, and thorough! I even got a text checking in on the puppy. I would gladly come back!

I have been having my dog's nails trimmed at another place. On two occasions the other place did not do the work to my satisfaction. I have brought my pets to the clinic for years. I did not realize that they have grooming service. I know I should known. That being said I brought Bruce in to have his nails trimmed. I was extremely satisfied with their work and will be bringing him back.

Dr. Kaplan and the Animal Clinic of Milford team are always wonderful. They take such good care of our cat. We always know she is in the best of care. They always take the time to answer my questions and make sure I have the information I need to keep her healthy. We have been going to them for a few years now and have continued to see them even after we moved almost an hour away. I would recommend them if you are looking for a great vet. The office is also very clean and everyone is very welcoming and friendly. We love Animal Clinic of Milford.
