American Mosaic Floor Center

American Mosaic installed our 2 bedroom carpets. The carpet buckled and it was a year past the 1 year warranty. The bedrooms are guest rooms with very little traffic. This was blatant poor craftmanship. American Mosaic refuses to fix unless we pay $400 for their poor installation. Buyer be ware.

Jon has been fantastic to work with. I love the new hardwood floors they installed and the floors they refinished match them perfectly. Amazing team and excellent customer service!

Ed and his staff were great to work with and we love our new floors. When a minor issue came up, Ed fixed the problem quick and with no extra charge. He also recommended a higher quality product than we originally were going to choose for a similar price and we are so glad we took his advice. Would definitely recommend!

Highly recommend American Mosaic Floor Center! Sales and Service are unmatched – a very pleasant and positive experience from beginning to end. Prior to re-doing our kitchen and three bathrooms, my wife and I visited the showroom in Milford. The sales manager, Jon, was simply tremendous to work with. Knowing nothing at all about tile (or grout or backsplashes), I had to just trust what Jon was telling me, and hope for the best. But Jon went above and beyond for us.
