I attended a mock barn hunt trial at Positive K9 LLC and had a fantastic experience! The facility was clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully set up for both dogs and handlers. The staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and created a relaxed, supportive environment that was perfect for building confidence in both new and experienced teams. Amanda specifically was extremely helpful in explaining the rules and giving us tips and tricks for an actual trial. I’ll definitely be back for future events and highly recommend Positive K9 to anyone looking to explore critter-hunting sports with their dog!

I took my 5 month old Dalmatian to PK9 for handling classes and also for her CGC and TRK titles. Dori (owner) was absolutely AMAZING!! Her knowledge, patience, support, encouragement, and love for dogs (of all breeds) is again, AMAZING!! I would absolutely recommend PK9. Her facility is beautiful!! ❤️🦴🐾❤️

The perfect place to learn and train for any breed or age of dog. Thanks to the conformation classes I have finished the Grand Championship on one of my dogs and am well on my way with my puppy. Can’t wait to take the performance classes and seminars with my dogs too.

Positive K9 is a wonderful training facility. I really love it is a little off the beaten track as getting there I can avoid the usual heavy Raleigh / Durham traffic. Another great thing is the variety of classes and seminars that are offered. All the instructors, including Dorthea, are amazing! My 7 month old puppy has really developed to such a fine girl under the Conformation and performance classes.
