Carolina Carpet and Flooring

We went to a big box store and found the carpet we loved. Called Carolina carpet to see if they carried the same carpet. Stephanie went out of her way to research and find the exact carpet that we wanted AND was able to get the job done for less than the big box store. From the time I contacted Stephanie to the time of install was less than 2 weeks!!! Very impressive! Everyone we came in contact with through the whole process were very courteous and professional! We will definitely be back for all our flooring needs. Will be recommending them to anyone needing carpet or flooring.

Absolutely love my new floors and custom rugs! Stephanie was amazing to work with — super friendly and patient, and she helped me pick out exactly what I wanted/needed while staying in budget. Stephanie and Mr. John helped me pick out carpets and create the perfect custom rugs for my house. It’s nice to have a local place that actually cares about their customers. Definitely recommend!

Replaced flooring and carpet in my mother's home just before Thanksgiving and within days of placing the order! Installation and followup couldn't have been better. From sales to installation, we were treated like family! Highly recommend their service! We will be going back! Awesome experience from start to finish! I spoke with 4 different supply stores getting pricing, finding material and checking availability. Carolina Carpet is by far my favorite choice for carpet, LVT and LVP flooring. The entire team were great to do business with. We worked primarily with Stephanie and it was very noticeable that customer service is a top priority. She was easy to get along with, patient and knowledgeable! We ended up hiring them to do the install of our carpet and their crew did a great job — quick, clean, and professional. Highly recommend these guys if you’re looking for great service and quality work!

Excellent experience buying carpet today. The staff is extremely helpful and not just worried about making a sale. John is a true gentleman and helped us select a great carpet for our daughter's room. Highly recommend for all of your flooring needs, we will definitely be back in the future.
