The employees are kind, knowledgeable, and always helpful. They are conveniently located and carry a wide variety of dog and cat food as well as accessories. They have a small reptile/fish/bird section and a great grooming salon! I will always shop there when possible.

The lady here was very nice,she asked questions about what we needed and showed us where to find it and answered any questions we had.

These folks have the nastiest attitude I ever encountered in my life! Especially the plus size girl who was rude to me when I needed information about a bearded dragon and lightning I was going to purchase. The manager was no better! She rudely asked me what did I want when he told her I needed help. I told her never mind! I went to the store in Roxboro and had a way better experience. These people are not friendly and I will never visit this store again! If I could rate this place zero stars I would! UPDATE *** I have a dog now and unfortunately I told Evelyn to cut his fur down because he’s so fluffy and prone to mats (Mini golden doodle) he had one small mat under his belly and she butchered him and shaved him completely bald under his belly and he has a bald spot on his thigh. Had my dog groomed by Evelyn. She was very helpful & knowledgeable about what would be the best experience for my dog’s first groom. She was very pleasant & my dog looked great & extra fluffy when I picked him up. He seemed very happy. I will definitely be bringing him back & i absolutely would recommend this young lady!

My dog was cut in the eye by the groomer. She was bleeding profusely and shaking terribly. She had to have emergency surgery on her eye. They paid for it but this has caused me to have stress and anxiety and sometimes depression because I love my dog and hate to see her this way. Due to surgery she has to take antibiotics and pain meds. I do not recommend anyone bringing their pet here for grooming. Zero stars if I could.
