Nails To Tails Dog Grooming

This was not my first visit never had a issue until now!My dog was matted( as I was out of town) I knew he would have to be cut short after cut my dog stracth excessively and had red spot on his back the spot looked oily as if something was put on him. Yet no one said anything when I arrived and paid other than he need ear drops. I went back and inform her that he has this red spot she said maybe the perfume I will wipe off. I call the vet and she said it sounded like a hot spot I went to petco spent 80.00 on hot spot treatment supplies and ear drops. need i remind you I paid additional 5 for him being matted so the cut was 55. I got a de-shed for my corgi and he came out looking great and smelling so fresh. I appreciate that they took their time with him when he was feeling shy.

Honest review, don't bother. Made an appointment at their suggested time slot. Showed up early, waited outside. Sign said open, a few lights were on. Tried to walk in at assigned time, door was locked, tried calling, no answer. Waited over 10minutes with two dogs. I left very frustrated. As I made the appointment, time and no service.
