I’m extremely disappointed with the way PetsMart Springfield handled my senior dog’s grooming appointment. I received a call stating that my dog was being rejected for grooming because he’s a senior. I explained that he has been groomed here before without issue and is in good health for his age — he’s 16, seen regularly by Banfield in Alexandria, and has no medical conditions. The staff member, Caty, said the rejection was due to a note from another employee, Christine (at the Alexandria location), who claimed my dog bit her. That was never communicated to me — not at the time it supposedly happened, nor at any later point. In fact, after that alleged incident, my dog was accepted again by Andy at Springfield.. So if this was documented, why was he accepted for future appointments? When

I went to get my son's oreo nails clipped and ears cleaned up and had these two amazing ladies taking care of him. PETSMART thank you so much for these ladies. So here's the lady business card who helped me with me with my son oreo., Thank you Miss Caty Perry!!

I know the video is chaotic. I don't like having to film people but I was being lied to. I went to PetSmart to buy cat food for a donation event and spent time comparing prices. I saw a sign that said buy one, get one 30% off on two specific variety packs. I chose the cheaper one and went to check out. At the register, both rang up at full price. I told the cashier about the discount, and she called someone in the back, then went to look herself. When she came back, she said there was no tag. I knew what I had seen, I had been in the isle comparing prices for a long time -the tag had a small orange section, while most others were green, which made it more memorable. I asked the cashier to come back with me, but when we returned to the aisle, the tag had been removed. At that point, it w

I had such a great experience at PetSmart thanks to Josh! He went out of his way to really take his time with us and thoroughly explain which dog food options he recommends and why. He answered all of our questions without rushing and made sure we felt confident about our choice. On top of that, he was super friendly, funny, and easy to talk to, which made the whole visit enjoyable. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Huge thanks to Josh for going above and beyond.

I went in after fish were quarantined for over a month to get a few more small fish today on 2/24 at 8PM. The employee, female with glasses wouldn't let me choose and select the guppies and platties I wanted and called over the manager, a gentleman with long hair to tell me I couldn't have more than 10 small fish in a 10 gallon tank. I have 4 guppies at home, I wanted to get 5 more small fish and got denied. That's a total of 9 fish in a tank as they said and they started telling me I am overloading my tank and killing fish. They just put them back without even asking me or giving me options. I have had fish before and just now am restarting up my tank again, and being denied service. This is a very dissapointing experience and discouraging to come back.
