Don't waste your money here. Alexis did a horrible job and when I brought the situation up to management, the response was worse, taking the word of his employees over facts. My dogs ears were still very dirty and her back lower and upper teeth were still full of gunk. What a rip off. Thanks for nothing, Petsmart. Will NEVER give you all a dime again.

I took my shitzu for a full service bath, haircut and nail trim, and this is the second time they cut her hair literally bald cause they said it was too tangled. When the girl on the phone called me said it was going to cut it short around the legs , never said the full body was going to be cut bald. The whole purpose of taking it to a professional is to get it done right, in that case I could have cut it myself at home.

$400 for a normal female cocktail? That is the most ridiculous price for a common beginner bird I have ever seen. It's comical. I do feel sorry for the bird that was stuck in a box the size of a 10 gallon terrarium all by itself.

I know it's sometimes easier to order online but PetSmart does carry brands that are great for pets! I'm able to buy Royal Canin cat food here instead of ordering through my vet! Plus they carry The World's Best Kitty Litter too! Checking out always takes a while but that's ok!

Took my dog to this place, only special note was not to trim up the beard, my mother took him since I work out of town, didn’t even bother trimming up the tail at all, looks ridiculous and told me to come back tomorrow. Just common sense on why the tail wasn’t trimmed to begin with or atleast smoothed out into it. PATHETIC!
