The front staff are so nice, talkative and helpful especially when I was struggling to hold both of my Pit-bull and my sick German shepherd puppy. The vet was quick and gave treatment options for my sick puppy with reasonable pricing. They also recommended and explained to vaccinate my pittie to prevent him from getting sick. A grand shoutout to Laura, she answered all my questions and concerns and you can tell from her experience she knows what is best for your pet.

They helped my Loki i was not able to get in at my vet and call here the lady was very nice and understanding I did get an apt and they help and the price was fair thank you once again i will be back. your job matters thank you for help all of us pet mom's and dad's.

OMG, this office is great. The staff is so friendly and so is the doctor. Office genuinely cares. My Yorkie suddenly got sick. I called every vet in Brownsville literally, and no one could see her. My Yorkie is family. I called the vet in Combs and one in San Benito. San Benito referred me to Paws and Claws. My furbaby is much better thanks to Paws and Claws. I would recommend them without reservations.

The staff is very gentle and caring and trustworthy. I really rely on their help for my senior Abby, shes 19 and going! They actually care here.
