Kind, smart, caring, best vet in the valley. Sometimes pricey, but he is worth it. Keeps up with the most current treatments. Got my puppy through distemper. The best.

I called before I took my pets in. I asked how much the office visit was. Receptionist said "$58" I asked, $58 for each pet, correct? They insisted it was $58 total even if i took all 3 pets together. I asked several times. (I almost went somewhere that was $25/each. So i thought, oh, well that's quite good for all 3 of them.) Then i get the bill at the end of the visit and it was in fact $58 for each pet. Appointment was at 930. I wasn't seen until about 1045. Vet was nice enough. But the wait time coupled with the incorrect price quote left me quite upset. I am really tired of people just saying whatever they "think" without confirming they are giving the correct price/information. I would have paid $75 at the vet much closer to me instead of paying $174 with a much longer wait time. C

I’ve trusted Dr. Jones and his staff with my pets for a long time, which makes the recent experiences shared by other clients deeply concerning. After learning more, I’ve unfortunately lost confidence in the level of care being provided. My own experience has left me disappointed and heartbroken. I hope the clinic takes these concerns seriously and makes changes to ensure every animal receives the compassion and attention they deserve. At this time, I’ve decided to seek veterinary care elsewhere. I truly hope the practice reflects on recent feedback and rebuilds trust with the community by prioritizing transparency and animal well-being. It’s also concerning that several recent reviews addressing similar experiences no longer appear visible. I hope all client feedback remains available

Awesome clinic! Everybody is so friendly and ready to help. I’m a new dog mom & I was looking for a Vet to get my puppy vaccinated and as soon as I called this place they were able to get him in the following day no problems. The Vet Dr. J is so kind and carinf towards all the animals. It’s always so much fun waiting to be seen because all the customers there with all there beautiful cats and dogs are always so friendly as well. Staff and Vet go above and beyond to help in any way. I love this place and definitely recommend to all my family and friends. Even if your just scheduled for vaccines I wanted the vet to exam my puppy because he had been sneezing they told me to wait a few minutes and there he was ready to help and get my puppy treated asap. I had a very nice and convenient experience here. My cat got an eye infection during the winter storm that took out Texas for a few days and all of the vets in the Brownsville were closed/without electricity...I was able to go in as a walk-in and they were even able to reschedule my appointment twice because I was having a hard time finding a gas station to fill up at. Once I arrived they provided quick service, seemed concerned, and were very kind with my pet.
