PetSmart Grooming

We took our dog here for grooming and the customer service and grooming was terrible! I understand that we have a big puppy (Cane Corso) but they not only didn’t complete half of the extra services we paid for, but the groomer, Jerrell F, didn’t even tell us he didn’t complete the service until I specifically asked. On our way out, I asked if he cleaned her ears…he forgot but would do it now. Then I really started to look at her and realized that her nails were not cut or teeth brushed. When exactly was he going to tell us? When we asked for a refund of services they completed, he refused. We will never shop or schedule grooming at the Springfield location again.

The people were rude and not friendly. I understand they're busy. But they can try to smile, at least. I received a call from them to tell me that my dog had her hair tangle. The lady that called didn't even know what to say. She was just talking to the groomer, and she was on the phone for at least 2 minutes talking to the groomer and not saying anything. Worst petsmart ever.

Margherita is such a nice and good natured groomer. The whole salon actually had good vibes and everyone seemed like they were actually happy to be there (if you’ve heard about PetSmart/Petco groomers, the experience could have been the total opposite). There was an issue with my dogs cut and she fixed it when I pointed it out with no attitude whatsoever. Even though the cut still isn’t perfect, I’ll be bringing him back for her personality alone!

Both of my GSDs got groomed on Monday, and it's the best grooming they have ever looked. Awesome work by this grooming salon at an affordable price, I will definitely be coming back!!
