PetSmart Grooming

Lyndsey E at PetSmart was fantastic! It was Dumpling’s first grooming, and she was so patient and kind. We asked for a teddy bear cut with 1-inch fur, and she nailed the look with such care and attention to detail. Highly recommend her.

I’d try and avoid this banfield. Their hours of operations are pretty much dictated by the employees instead of banfield. No one ever picks up the phone or checks messages. I’ve had to drive there to confirm appointments because they “were busy” with other appointments only for me to get there and find employees on their phones hanging out. Very unprofessional environment. I wish they understood how important these days can bet for pet owners and not treat like we’re purchasing candy.

Walk in nail and ear care for cats, never need an appt. Week nights are best, fewest dogs around. Phenomenal groomers.

You get what you pay for i guess. I had to ask them to take dog back and cut various hairs they missed on head and legs. When dog came back i noticed the hair around lower legs was still longer/uncut. Poor quality probably had to do with the little time they spent on the dog. I showed up 2 hours and 45 minutes after i dropped the dog off, after they told me to come back 2-3 hours later, but dog still didn't have hair cut. I think they tried to rush the hair cut into 5-10 minutes, which explains the poor quality. I will find someplace else.

I really like the guy who trims my cat’s nails. He has been trimming them for three years. When he quit at another location and I found him here I switched places because he is so gentle and great with my cats. He gets 5 stars. I’ve followed him and take my cats to him for a reason. The issue is the other workers. They don’t behave like they are in a professional environment. It’s questionable if they think things through. The last time I was in, one of the workers carried a dog and put the dog’s face into my cat’s face. My cat freaked out naturally. Today when I went back (I would have left if the worker was there that put the dog’s face in my cat’s face, I like the cat nail trimmer) they suited up like they were going to war, put cones on my cats, and went way overboard like they were
