Petco

I am very disappointed with my recent visit to this Petco location. During my visit, I observed multiple fish that appeared visibly sick, as well as several dead fish still left in the tanks. This raised serious concerns about animal care, disease control, and overall tank maintenance. When I brought this to the attention of a manager, I was told that with the holiday season it gets busy. While I understand that retail can be hectic, being busy is not an excuse for neglecting live animals. Sick and deceased fish should never be left in tanks, regardless of the time of year. As someone who cares deeply about animal welfare, this was upsetting to see. I have reported this concern through appropriate channels and hope management takes this seriously and makes immediate improvements.

Some employees at this location are so good and make the shopping experience so much easier and pleasant. But geez there's some that it's obvious they hate customer service and make the experience so uncomfortable. Literally today I had a great lady come up to me me to provide her help and minutes later had a man reprimanding me over a situation he didnt have all the info about it. Started as a great experience, I started browsing for extras I didnt planned to buy, but I stopped paid and left immediately after the interaction with the other employee. Ruined my vibe entirely

I have come here a couple times and the workers have always been so helpful. I think her name is Alyssa but she helped me out with several things I was trying to find. Even the dog trainer gave me so many helpful tips and helped me understand some things I was having trouble with at home. My trip was pleasant. I highly recommend you going in and getting to know them. They have some great people that work in there.

All of the people that work there are awesome. Helpful, welcoming and very nice. My dog and I are always happy to go to this store. It is also very well stocked with all amazing pet stuff

The sales help was fantastic they know right what I needed. And very friendly Thanks again keep up the great work and also the store was very clean. ❤️👍
