I brought my dog here because she is overwhelmed at the groomers and gets extremely anxious. They could not have been nicer about working with me to find a time that suited her when things would be calm and quiet. She looked fantastic afterward and at a very reasonable price. Absolutely recommend!

Took my dog there for grooming they told me they call when he was done it took me ten minutes to get there and they charged me an extra ten dollars because they had to put him in a cage. Also when my dog was in the cage they had the leash so short he could barely move and he was almost choking. I never had these problems before or was charged because I left my dog there and didn’t stay and pick him up in a minute and the person at the counter told me that. This place was never like this before and I will never go back there again

Groomer wasn't the most understanding with us first time nervous paw-rents (our nervousness frustrated him)... But he got the job done in amazing time! Also did an amazing job! Will definitely come back!

I am so amazed. Our dog has been banned from other groomers due to his maniacal behavior. We took him here on a whim because his nails were in desperate need of a trim. The groomer handled him with no problems whatsoever. I guess you just need the right vibes. This place definitely has them. So professional. So accommodating. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

We have been using Joanie for several years to maintain our dogs” nails. She has convinced our extremely nervous dog to allow his nails to be trimmed when no one else could! She is gentle, encouraging and kind when she has worked with our two pups. We would highly recommend her and will continue to have her take care of our two .
