Pampered Pooch

Great grooming, she really loves her dogs, not affiliated with other groomer that was. Closed in east longmeadow due to issues,Karen is great!!!!!!

Karen seemed nice enough. But she didn"t cut my pup's hair. She said she likes to ease new puppies into the routine so they'll have fun and like going there. So she just shampooed him ($20)and rescheduled me for two weeks. I waited the extra two weeks, and when I called for the time, she had forgotten who we are and abruptly insisted she did not have my dog as a client and wouldn't fit my dog in on the appointed day. I went elsewhere and got my puppy groomed that same day by some more easy going, accommodating folks here in town. I just don't need that kind of grief.

It was great! Karen is so attentive and loves all of the animals that come in, as much as her own. My dog actually gets excited to go there!

This is the facility that inspired Ollie's law, after a dog was mauled under their supervision in 2020. This irresponsible slaughterhouse needs to be shut down.

My dog alway looks and smells great after her grooming here. I highly recommend this groomer.
