Bobs PetGo Mobile Grooming

They've done an amazing job with my Cat. I've used them for pet sitting, grooming and clipping his nails and had a wonderful experience every time. I would highly recommend their services.

First time using Bob's PetGo. Bob did a wonderful job of grooming our Goldendoodle. He gave him a real nice cut. Bob, himself was very knowledgeable in the grooming process. He took the time to explain everything he intended to do with grooming our dog before hand. He answered all of our questions (which everyone should do with a first time groomer). We were pleasantly surprised with our dog's bath and hair cut.Thank you Bob.

I had an awful experience a while ago when I tried Bob’s for my long haired cat. He was mishandled, injured and the grooming job was horrific. I had to take him to my vet for his physical injury from being mishandled. We were both traumatized by the experience. I cried for days over it. I felt like I completely betrayed him by using an improperly trained groomer. Stephanie did honor my concerns and offered to refund me. While I appreciate that she did I cannot help but give warning to other cat families. I have been working with a highly trained professional cat groomer since and have had outstanding experiences. I cannot believe this company is still in business. I have seen a handful of similar complaints.

Bob and Stephanie were amazing with my crazy 11 year old beagle Remington…they fit my appointment in within a week of contacting them and I will be contacting them 1 month from now for another appointment, thank you so very much to both of you!

Normally I wouldn't post a bad review online but technically after making three appointments with this Mobile Groomer who I was using the young lady's name is Stephanie made excuses and would ask me if I really still needed her to come when I had just made an appointment. She's asking me if I still need her well isn't that the point of scheduling an appointment is because I need your services to trim my cat's nails. I shouldn't be having to look around and track you down to find out why you haven't showed up for an appointment she wasn't answering my calls so I had to call her from my work line which everybody in my office heard me talking to this woman trying to make arrangements to have her come to my house to trim my cat's nails what's the point of making an appointment??
