I've never had a dog before and just knowing that the Banfield PET Hospital and staff are there makes my stress a little bit lighter. I'm learning how to be a good doggy mommy for sweet Zoey.

From the moment we arrived, Heather Sebastian’s team showed incredible professionalism and genuine compassion. Special thanks to Alex and Joy for processing my refund so quickly and making everything stress free. I’m also deeply grateful to veterinary providers Dr. Casula and Dr. Bollag for their attentive and gentle care with our little Zengi, she was truly in the best hands. The entire staff went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be happier with the level of care and kindness we received. Highly recommend this Banfield location for anyone seeking exceptional veterinary service!

Sophie is a long haired cat that needed some help removing several large mats of hair along with her regular checkup. The staff is energetic, focused & gives outstanding service, the medical personnel are thorough & compassionate & always do a follow up later in the day. Best place to treat your pets!

I called regarding my pet’s profile, which I’ve had on file for over three years, because I was unable to see it on my account and needed to schedule a teeth cleaning. The only profile visible was for a kitten I had temporarily added while trying to get it vaccinated and rehomed. The woman at the front desk told me the issue had been updated and that I should now be able to see the correct profile. However, she did not ask for any identifying information to access my account, and I was calling from a new phone number that is not associated with my account. After checking and still not seeing the profile, I attempted to call back for clarification, but my first call rang with no answer and the other 2 calls went to voicemail. Phineas has been a patient at Banfield since he was 4 months old. He’s now 15 and Banfield has been so incredibly supportive when dealing with the issues that come with aging. Whether I rush him in unannounced or they’re expecting him for an appointment, the team is awesome. They make time to answer any questions and concerns I have about his care. Most of the staff know Phineas on sight and are very loving and gentle with him. I know that when the time comes to say goodbye, it is inevitable, Banfield will be there to get me through it.(Banfield location, Newark, Delaware)
