The office crew was patient, answering all my questions and guiding me through the many product options. The installation crew was especially impressive, finding creative solutions to a leveling problem. I was completed satisfied with the entire experience, from initial contact, through estimation, to working with the office staff, ending with a quick and quality installation. Reasonable prices, great company and people!! We hired B&B to put in hardwood floor on the stairs, the living room, and one bedroom. They were extremely helpful when it came to choosing the style of hardwood and offering advice and suggestions. We’ve never had hardwood installed, so they were a major help! Their installation team was fast and did an awesome job. I highly recommend this company!

UPDATE: I have now used this terrific company four times. This last time, I put down luxury vinyl planking in the basement and matching wood treads on the stairs leading to the basement. They advised on what type of LVP would work best for an area that would house a heavy piano and that was subject to some water infiltration from time to time. They worked with me to dye the treads to match the unique color of the LVP, changed the steps to remove an awkward landing, and even replaced a bannister that was accidentally damaged during the installation process (dying it to match the stairs and floors) at their own cost.
