Zoomies Dog Social Club & Training

We had such a wonderful experience at this puppy school!! We took 2 classes, my Boston Terrier, Melissa absolutely loved it at Zoomies!! She felt safe, confident, and learned so much during her time there. She even had a hard time saying goodbye whenever class was over, which really says everything. Coco and Nichole are incredibly engaged and attentive with all the pups, not just going through the motions. You can tell they genuinely care and are tuned in to each dog’s needs and personalities. As a first-time dog owner, I also really appreciated how encouraging they were toward me. They took the time to reassure me that we were on the right track with our training, which meant more than they probably realized. Our first training experience here was great! The group setting is so good for our puppy as well. Nichole is wonderful, super knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Highly recommend if you’re looking to help your puppy grow into a well rounded dog.

I recently had a consultation with Nichole at Zoomies Dog Social Club and Training regarding behavioral issues Domino, my 4 yr old Greyhound/English Pointer mix is beginning to exhibit. The consultation was advertised as a free, 30 minute consultation with Nichole Myers-Younquist, owner and trainer. Because the consultation was free and only 30 minutes long, my expectations for the consultation were that it would be more of an advertisement pitch to persuade me to use Zoomies for my Domino's training needs. I was wrong. From the beginning of the consultation Nichole was warm, professional and knowledgeable. She took time to understand Domino's history, personality and his specific challenges. I adopted my dog Oz from the county shelter. I went to Zoomies to help my dog get some training. She was recommended by someone at the shelter...highly recommended. I immediately liked Nicole when I spoke with her on the phone. She took notes and charted what she found out about Oz. She did an intake over the phone. I decided to go for it and I have not regretted it. Just yesterday was our final class. I would really like to take further classes from Zoomies. Oh and Nicole was flexible about payment so that I could pay her so she was happy and so was I. I don't live in her town and the drive there was very worth it. Again, I was very pleased with her training. On and Oz? He is awesome and she helped him to be better. I wish Nicole and Zoomies all the best.

Thank you for confirming I was on the right track in trying to handle Sparky's fear of dogs. I appreciate your Insight and hope I can have a playdate for her at some future date. You mentioned zigzagging and I guess that's what we do each day out in the field across from us. She goes wherever she wants I have a very long leash and she just leads me all over the place for about 40 minutes and I just asked her where do you want to go and she just goes it seems to work really good for her.
