Albany Pet Hotel

My boarder I had booked didn't answer when I tried to drop my cat off. I called Albany pet hotel in a panic almost in tears, and they were able to take her within 30 minutes. The staff was absolutely amazing, very responsive, incredibly friendly, and took great care of my girl for the 2 weeks we were gone! I would 100% recommend them and will continue to use their service anytime I need to board my cat.

I’ve been taking my puppy here for daycare for a little over a month now, and it’s been great! My pup gets soooo excited when he sees the building and staff, that alone shows how well they take care of him! The initial playgroup assessment was thorough, which gave me peace of mind knowing that he is being set up for success. The staff is so thoughtful, accommodating, and attentive to his needs. They always let me know if there’s any changes to his behavior during play time or crate time. It’s great to know that my dog is being safely cared for while having a blast with his playmates!

The place has friendly staff who truly seem to care for the animals that are boarded there. Their prices are reasonable. The only complaint I have is that the lid of my rabbit cage was damaged when I went to pick up my rabbit.

Super disappointed. I should have taken my cat and left after the initial greeting was less than welcome. I had to ask for the updates that I requested on my booking- and then the final day I didn’t get the pictures. I only got an update that my cat figured out the latches and got out- I didn’t realize that would end up making this his one and only stay. You’re a pet hotel. Ensuring animals are in their kennels/condos is literally your job.

The Pet Hotel does it all... boarding, daycare, grooming... We are so grateful for their services and the peace of mind we have when we need to leave our pup during a vacation. Our dog loves going to daycare and we have had a good experience working with the staff. We also love that they have an app where we can view our boarding reservations and photos they have shared of our dog. Highly recommend!
