Super friendly staff! Both my daughters got a free sticker and my pup was very excited about the handmade treat we gave him when we got home! They have something special for your pet from treats to toys to high quality foods. I discovered them when exploring Historic Downtown Albany

We have come here for years for great snacks and advice for our dogs and cats. Today, the person working badgered us out of the store, belittled me for not understanding why his dog was barking, told me my child walking through the store and trying to gently interact with the dog was making his dog anxious and was unacceptable, and that the cat would bite me and my child. I'm so sad to say we won't be able to come back again after so many great times here before.

Where do I start?! Sniffanys Pet Boutique is the best pet store in town! You can find all sorts of essentials for your pets. They have a cookie case with cookies for dogs (My dogs sure love them!). They have a lot of raw dehydrated treats suitable for all dog types and sizes. The owners Angie and Joe along with their awesome staff are amazing, super helpful, and very knowledgeable! Both Angie and Joe answered all my questions regarding raw diets and helped me transition to raw food for my two dogs. I should also mention that Joe is an amazing pet photographer. His work is displayed around the store and is absolutely beautiful. I did get pictures taken for one of my pets a few years ago during the holiday season and they came out so beautiful. 100% Local and 100% wonderful!! Great variety of treats, food, toys, enrichment toys, chews, collars, tags, and so much more! And has Birthday things like no other! Things for humans too, like magnets and cards and pet related stuff for the household. Owner is super sweet and gave my pup some free treats. I told her he piddles when touched and to ask him to sit, she did exactly that and petted him with no piddling! Very good store, well owned and organized. My puppy loves it there and we'll come back for more treats!

Great selection of foods and toys. Well laid out. Usually a welcoming place. Today there was a very grumpy and unwelcoming clerk in the store. Go somewhere else if he is in the store.
