Friendly, quick and convenient!!! Not to mention cheaper than your regular vet!

Vets were great with my puppy during the vaccine and microchip process. Intake was thorough and informative. I was unable to update his forms and my info online (not the stores fault) so the check in process was a bit longer. Wait time was longer than expected, I feel like line organization for check in could be a little better. Overall good experience.

Not a very private experience but I was happy with the way my dog was treated.

Our dog regularly participates in a local pet hotel playgroup and we utilize Vetco for convenient vaccinations, when getting into our vet can't be squeezed into our M-F schedules. While we've had several good experiences at Vetco, our last two experiences and more importantly, how our complaint was handled, was completely unsatisfactory. The in-store set up was different from our prior visits and the check-in podium is now a distance away from the actual exam/vaccination area. When we arrived, we clarified what vaccines our dog needed and the associate repeated those back to us as she checked us in on the tablet. Once she was done, she sent us back for our vaccines.
