Ziggy's Dog Parlor & Villa

My dog enjoyed the loving and attentive care while boarding. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I like the addition of stay and play for social interaction with furry friends. The groomer Savannah is exceptional and talented at her craft, and my dog looks beautiful!

What is not to like. My Kelpie had her nails clipped by Ellie and it took less than five minutes. Normally this job is an epic fight to get even one paw done. Worth every penny and you can drop in or make an appointment.

Ziggy’s was incredibly accommodating as I had to unexpectedly board my dogs after I had back surgery. One of my dogs is having back issues and needs to be carried around. Unfortunately, I could not lift more than 5 pounds and Ziggy’s came to my rescue. They rearranged things and made room for my two babies for two weeks while I recovered. Knowing that my dog’s were safe, being taken care of and loved was a huge load off my mind. My dogs love going to the Villa to be boarded and I love that they are in a place where they are loved! I do need to note though that I am very disappointed with the grooming aspect of this business. We have been getting our dog screamed there for over 10 years. They clearly care very much about your pets. I don’t even have to ask how they’re doing, they let me know all about their stay when I talk to them. You can tell they focus on individual care and it’s not just a large kennel of wild dogs. We have an older dog that probably needs some extra care. They made sure she was happy and taken care of, even sending us pictures and video while we were on vacation which made my daughter very happy.

Ziggy’s has kept my dog, Remmy, every time we go out of town and they are a God-send. I’m so grateful we found Ziggy’s. Remmy is difficult to say the least- he’s a small Yorkie-Pom who can’t stay at the type of kennel where group play is required because he is scared of other dogs. He has been taken care of to an exceptional level every time we bring him here. This past visit, I didn’t pack enough of his prescription canned food, and Ed didn't hesitate to drive all the way to PetSmart (probably 15 minutes away) to get him some. Before finding Ziggy’s, Remmy was kicked out of other kennels because he can be snippy, but the staff at Ziggy’s, especially Priscilla and Ed, always make us feel SO welcome.
