A great experience from the second I stepped in the door. The place is beautiful and very clean. Every single staff member I interacted with was kind and knowledgeable. They were gentle and patient with my kitty, Casserole, and got her all the medicine and tests she needed while keeping me informed and involved the whole time. The nurses and doctors handled the Casserole so well, I even learned how to hold and swaddle her just by watching them! Though they need test results to fully diagnose the baby, the treatment they gave her in the meantime had her looking better within a couple of days. I am looking forward to her checkup to get to chat with them again!

Absolutely fantastic staff and care! My dog had an enucleation and although his healing process was not quite normal (at no fault to anyone), everyone was attentive to his needs. When he had an emergency, they were quick to see him. Tara is the sweetest at the front desk and my dog absolutely loves seeing her. Dr. Korb, Lucy, and Cam are all excellent as well and I know they always provide the best care for my boy, using nothing but gentle and sweet interactions. Furthermore, you can tell everyone is incredibly smart with in depth ocular knowledge. The prices are incredibly reasonable for the wonderful specialty services they provide.

Made an emergency trip to The Animal Eye Institute in Charleston, SC due to a glaucoma diagnosis. They fit me in and were super caring and helpful. Each and every staff member was so kind and patient explaining everything from start to finish. They took great care of my dog and the surgery went well. Will be doing follow ups with them. Professional, knowledgeable, caring. Highly recommend them. Thank you for taking care of my Molly!!!

You could not put your dog into better hands than these people. Not only do they know what they’re doing but they make a very fraught experience so pleasant with their kindness and enthusiasm. My 11-year-old GSD/border collie had his cataracts removed. They gave him back his eyesight and now once again he gets to protect our house from all those murderers and robbers that are walking by our front window. Or so he thinks. He’s so happy. He got his personality back.

I arrived from Maine with my dog Isla who was diagnosed with a corneal ulcer. I chose the Animal Eye Institute, first because of its positive reviews, and also because of a recommendation by one of my daughter's neighbors. I cannot say enough about the positive experience we had, from the friendliness of the staff, to the professionalism of Dr. Korb, Dr. Matthews and the entire staff. Isla received an in-depth examination and was diagnosed with Entropion. Surgery was recommended to correct the problem. We were not only given an appointment right away for her initial exam, but received a surgery date for that same week. I was contacted during and after the surgery by Dr. Korb to keep me informed about Isla's condition along with further recommendations. Thanks to excellent communication
