I highly recommend AcutePet for any emergency needs for your fur baby! When my guy chewed up and swallowed a tennis ball *sigh* they were AMAZING!!!! Everyone there was so caring and attentive, it made a scary situation a little less scary! Our tech, Nicole, even wrote a love note on my boy's bandage!

Dr. Chris Powers and staff were amazing to Camden! They remembered from a previous visit and make us feel at home! He was thorough, knowledgeable and caring. Their prices are lower than the local emergency hospital too! You can book online or walk-in. I highly recommend this practice to everyone! Thank you Dr. Powers!

Came for a weekend with my pets and my dog Loki had a heat spot fester. Came in at 9pm. Was seen immediately, the staff was very professional and compassionate. They took care of Loki and me in the best way possible. It was my best experience at an urgent vet clinic. Thank you to the team for the quick support and getting on our way to a fun pet friendly weekend in SC. They took care of us and were absolutely incredible. The take home instructions and medication notices were also very professional; it was seamless from the professionals to the tech 360° support. Loki is sporting an undercut for the fall 🤣

I’m so grateful to have AcutePet in Mount Pleasant. My dog had a rough week and this was my first time visiting. From the receptionist, to the nurse Nicole, to Dr. Powers- every staff member was so friendly, caring, professional and go above and beyond to ease your worries and take care of the issue at hand. I can’t thank them enough for the care they gave my pup. They didn’t just focus on the problem at hand, but took the time to listen to my pet’s ongoing issues to take a holistic approach and ensure they covered all their bases. When it comes to cost- you cannot even compare to other vet hospitals/ urgent care. The bill was so much lower than what it could’ve been. For that, I am so so grateful. Had an excellent experience taking my beloved schnoodle to AcutePet Urgent Care last week. He was battling an eye infection from allergies (and turns out a double ear infection too!). Kelly, the vet tech, and Dr. Powers had amazing bedside manner (for my very anxious dog) and were able to quickly diagnose him, make recommendations for quick and efficient treatment, and send us on our way. The clinic was clean, well appointed, and not a stressful environment like many vets can be. I was able to make an appointment for first thing in the morning (after realizing the night before that he needed to be seen sooner than later).
