Dr. Jones and his team are fantastic! They are always there to provide the best care and cuddles to my baby dog (since he was a puppy - now 75 lb Aussie/Husky Mix). Dr. Jones is also always there to answer all my questions no matter how silly or neurotic, sometimes over a beer if I run into him at one of the local breweries. He usually answers all my questions before I even have to ask... making sure I have enough information to feel comfortable and confident but not too much to where I am confused and overwhelmed helping me be the best pet parent I can be. Everyone in the office has such a warm demeanor creating a welcoming and calming environment. Dr. Jones comes from a long line of amazing Vets and his wife is a Vet, too! I trust him completely. We absolutely love Portside Vet and the entire staff. Everyone is so kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares about the animals. Dr. Jones is amazing — knowledgeable, thorough, and takes the time to explain everything without ever making you feel rushed. Amanda and Sydney are also wonderful and always go above and beyond to make visits easy and comfortable. We trust this team completely and are so grateful to have found such an incredible vet. I can’t imagine taking our dog elsewhere, we love them!!

We are so thankful we made the change to Portside. From the front desk to the vet techs to Dr. Jones this team is wonderful and professional and the facility is clean and bright. Our 11 year old Goldendoodle needed surgery and everything went well. We highly recommend them!

Dr. Jones and his entire staff are the most wonderful people! From the second you step foot into their building, you are greeted with love and compassion!
