Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Murabella

There is a young lady her name is Ashley. She grooms at the Murabella Wolfgang. She is incredible. I have a 13 year-old American Eskimo with long, beautiful white hair. His name is Rodney not only does she do the most incredible job. She gets him done in two hours other groomers took six hours. I can’t say enough about Ashley. She does the most incredible job and done in the best time possible I love Ashley and so does Rodney

I would give 10 stars if I could. The owners, groomers were beyond wonderful. Such a relief to find a shop that is caring and compassionate. I will forever be a customer!

Sorry , this review is for Middleton Florida location. Great new location. Looks so nice there. Staff very friendly and helpful. Took great care of us , took their time helping get everything we needed for our puppy. Will definitely be back.

We rescued a golden doodle in the beginning of summer. She was in heat and was an outside dog. We didn’t take her out for walks because I was fearful of dogs going after her. Her tail and ears were badly matted. After her spay, I made an appointment with Woof Gang. I couldn’t believe the transformation. They had our blessing to shave her down to get her right. I wasn’t sure how our Lola was going to react to the bath and groom. Our Lola smelled beautiful and she was shaved down! I could finally pet her face and ears without her fighting me. Our Lola is 1.5 years old and has spent her little life outside. Shes an inside dog and loving it. I just want to thank our groomer, Melissa and Woof Gamg for taking care of our girl!

I normally don’t post negative reviews, but I feel this one is necessary. I brought my dog to Woofgangs at Murabella in St. Augustine, FL, and spent over $100 for grooming. Unfortunately, the grooming was poorly done — her private areas were left dirty, as though she hadn’t been properly washed. I’ve tried calling and emailing for two weeks and have not received any response. Mistakes can happen, but customer service matters, and ignoring clients is disappointing. I hope this review encourages the management to improve communication and grooming standards, because pet owners deserve better care for their pets
