I'm a truck driver passing thru an needed some help with my co-driver Phynn. He got a bum back somehow and wasn't doing good. I walked in without an appointment on a Saturday. I was told it may be a little wait time but we were in almost immediately. They did a thorough exam of him and were very gentle with him. I was a bit affraid of the price because it was a surprise visit but that wasn't the case at all. It was like Phynn was one of their regular patients. Great place and staff! Phynn and I thank you!

Every single time I have come to see the staff at Sandbridge it’s been a great experience! I have had 4 dogs be patients there, and had to say good-bye to one of them today. They were incredible! Fast-acting, quick to ease discomfort of my fur baby, and always keeping our feelings in mind; I can’t recommend their care enough! Thank you to all of you for taking such good care of all of us!

Dr Bissell and staff has been great with our 2 mixed labs. They have been patient and caring with them always. One lab did not like anyone touching him much except for our daughter. They always took time to handle him when we had to take him in. We just had to make the decision to let them go to doggy heaven 😢😭 Dr Bissell and staff were very sympathetic and caring. They allowed whatever time it took for us to leave the dog’s sides. Thank you Sandbridge for your love and care given to our pets!!

There is no other veternarian like Dr. Zack Bissell. I have been taking my pups to him for many years. He is, by far, the most amazing veterinarian I have ever known. He is genuinely so concerned for my pups health. And he’s also concerned about me, as the pet owner. He is kind, intelligent, and compassionate. He is an excellent communicator and definitely strives to seek the most positive outcome. He opened his own practice and I was so happy for him, but I was also a little disappointed for me, because he had been the only vet for me and my aging mom for so many years. I had always thought that if I ever needed an expert opinion, or, if one of my pups had a specific condition, I would drive the distance to see Dr. Bissell, as I have always completely trusted his advice. Absolutely love it here. Our boys are more than comfortable coming here for both vet visits and boarding. The staff is amazing and Dr. Bissell is super friendly and easy to talk to and so clearly loves what he does. Our babies Sir Duke & Grayson always have a blast!
