Dr. Esra is hands down the best vet ever! She really cares about your pet as they get individualized treatments instead of one solution for all dogs. Dr. Esra opts for the natural treatment first before anything else which aligns with what we want for our dog. The whole office staff is in fact super friendly and loving! Mochi legit loves going to the vet because every time she goes she gets a lot of attention and love! 10000% recommend!

I would never take my pet here again. If I had continued to take him there, he would be dead. Dr. Esra wanted to just keep an eye on his elevated alk-phos numbers and do nothing instead of treating him and doing something about it before it got worse. I knew she didn't know how to take care of him. She also gave me a chart showing me the teeth he needed to have pulled. I did my homework and found the perfect Vet for my pet. He didn't need any teeth pulled! He is in good hands today and healthy and happy. His alk-phos numbers went down to a normal range and he's doing great thanks to my new vet. Don't go here if you love your pet.

I took my two dogs to Nease Animal Hospital for about a year before recently switching. Over the year we spent with them, I encountered many poor communication issues, an overall lack of urgency and competency in approving my dog's insulin order in time before she ran out, misdiagnoses, and poor food recommendations. In short, my diabetic dog nearly ran out of her insulin a total of 4 times because they couldn't approve Chewy orders on time, they put my allergy ridden dog on a high fat diet and then tried blaming me for overfeeding her when she gained too much weight from it, and they misdiagnosed a BENIGN bump and immediately jumped straight to cancer and surgery without examining any other possibility. Having done my own research, I knew the food they recommended was likely the cause

We love Nease Animal Hospital! They did such a great job with our senior/blind yorkie mix -Jay when he got his dental. They really made sure he was comfortable and not stressed before and after the procedure. The communication has been excellent with the staff as well. We highly recommend.
