4 Pretty Paws Pet Grooming

We took our two senior (14 & 15 yr old) Cockapoos to Joanne & Dee for grooming in early Dec. 2025 and it was a wonderful experience! I was looking for a new groomer because our 15+ yr old had recently ruptured his CCL (ACL in humans) and was really needing TLC during grooming in a more quiet and calm environment and with someone who I felt would provide him more specialized care. The groomer we had been using for the past year always felt hectic and chaotic and the owner never recognized us nor our pets. Our pets were kept at this old groomer for 5-6 hours every time, just for routine grooming which stressed our dogs. There was also always some dogs free roaming in back at the old groomers, which caused me unease. I needed to leave a message upon first calling 4 Pretty Paws, but promptly r

I usually dont post review but honestly Joanne deserve it! She was absolutely anazing and explained every little detail what shes going to do with my dog. After I picked her up? She actually gave her a hug!! She has never give any groomers hug ever.

My two long haired chihuahuas had an amazing experience with Joanne and Dee today. They came home relaxed and beautiful. Their feet were trimmed perfectly and their fur is so soft and smells amazing. They have found a St Augustine spa home.

Best grooming place that I have been to in St Augustine! Ladies were nice and my dog never looked or smelled so good when I picked her up. Great job and I will be taking her back

JoAnne groomed my dogs for over a decade at her previous salon. The dogs were impeccably groomed and equally important, they loved her and were always happy to see her. We were all very sad when she moved from our area. Best groomer we've ever had!
