Bought dry food and a birthday cookie. Great quality! My boy is a rescue dog and needs special care. I love the atmosphere. Staff very helpful. The price is very reasonable and is worth the love for our baby. Thank you for coming to our Fairfield area.

I’ve used this groomer multiple times, but after my recent experience I won’t be returning. On two separate occasions, I dropped my dogs off at 9:00am and didn’t receive a call for pickup until around 3:00pm. Based on that pattern, I assumed this most recent visit would be similar. However, I received a missed call at 11:00am and was unable to pick them up until 3:00pm. When I arrived, instead of a calm conversation, the manager immediately began speaking to me aggressively, repeating three times that “this isn’t a daycare for dogs” and that I was being charged for their stay. The tone was unprofessional and unnecessary. I paid the $250 bill and left without arguing. The following day, I noticed an additional $30 charge. This was my goldendoodles first full grooming appointment. I’ve always worried about bringing her somewhere to be groomed due to her anxiety and hearing horror stories about doodles at the groomers. I will 100% be bringing her back here. They noticed she was nervous and made sure she was comfortable before bringing her in the back. The appointment only took about an hour and a half and I’m so happy with the results!!

We had our golden retriever groomed here. We asked to keep her hair. She just needed a bath and trim. They cut all her hair off!! She hardly looks like a golden retriever anymore!! I’m at a loss for words on how terrible that is!! Especially when you were specifically asked to do something. They need to learn to listen!! trim is different than cutting all her hair off. I’m leaving a picture of what she looked like before the trim and after so it shows just how much they cut off… they even cut all her hair on her tail.

Today was our first visit. But I have to say very well organized and she seems happy with her haircut. Second time and still very happy with the service and the haircut. Still loving it! Alejandra is excellent ❤️
