Very accommodating pet store. I became a premier member to conveniently wash my dog and have her nails trimmed. I didn’t have to schedule an appointment and the staff is very friendly. I already used my $10 gift on a toy / treat my pup loved. Strongly recommend 🐕

I've been bringing my dog Fancy here since she was about 4 months old. We've done nail trims, used the self-serve dog wash, and get the Shampooch groom occasionally. She really likes going and the desk staff is always nice. They can usually squeeze me in last minute. The best service though if the time I used the self-service dog wash. I (unknowingly) lost a bracelet there. Simple string with some beads. Absolutely nothing impressive or expensive. I got a call a few minutes after I left asking me if I lost it there. They found it, knew it was me that used that tub last, and put it aside for me. That bracelet is the equivalent of my wedding ring, because I can't stand wearing rings or heavy jewelry. I had already been frantically looking for it, not even thinking I could have lost it there

My goldendoodle has been there twice now. My husband took him the first time and I took him the 2nd time. I noticed they didn't do a great job grooming his paws which I specifically asked for. The hair between his toes is still long despite me asking for a complete shave down and the teddy face. I also asked for a trim around his mouth since he has thick fur it soaks up water but they missed a few spots and I ended up having to do it at home. They also messed up his cut and left the hair on his face much longer on one side I also paid $15 extra for ear plucking which the groomer explained she was not able to get in deep which is understandable but she actually barely touched the surface. I took my 125-pound dog, Jackson, to Pet Evolution last Saturday for a self-serve bath, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. They provide everything you need—shampoo, towels, brushes, dryers—so all you have to bring is your pup and a little elbow grease! The bathing room was spacious and spotless, and the facilities were absolutely exquisite. Everything was well-organized, and all the equipment worked exactly as it should. It made bathing a giant dog like Jackson so much easier and more enjoyable than trying to do it at home. Highly recommend Pet Evolution for anyone looking for a stress-free, clean, and professional self-wash station. We’ll definitely be back!

We’ve been here a few times for nails trims and baths. When I arrived this morning, I was nervous because 3 dogs were dropping off in front of me with 1 employee working. When she mentioned waiting on other employees who were late, I asked her to let me know if they didn’t show up because I did not want my dog sitting around for 4 hours if they are short staffed. 45 minutes later, I called to check and see if more staff had showed up. No answer so I texted. I received a text back at 10am stating that my dog would be done in 3 hours. Her bath was originally supposed to take 1.5 hr as stated on their website.
