Dr. Randall Hees is FANTASTIC and the front desk has improved greatly over the last three years. If the Vet hadn’t been so fantastic I probably would not have returned after some very bad front desk experiences. Now they have great people who care about your animals these places aren’t cheap and I do have a high expectation we want to feel like even the front desk people love animals and care about our animals. All the vets here are fantastic especially Dr. Randall Hees. You can tell they love animals.

Recently visited for a health exam on a new kitten that I rescued. Everyone was very nice and they fit me in the schedule as a walk in. They lose stars for contacting my ex wife about my new pet to follow up instead of me. After I specifically updated my contact info and explained to them that we're no longer together and no longer have the previous pet from the initial account. If it's not possible to remove a party from the account then I guess I'll just have to find a new vet. One that can process simple information.

Honestly the best vet experience we have ever had! They were able to squeeze us in one New Years Eve when we had a concern and our normal vet was closed. We were new patients but it felt like we had gone her for years. We will definitely be switching clinics to come here from now on. Not only was everyone so nice but the prices were amazing. I’m used to paying so much more for every service they did. I’m so happy we found The Oaks Vet Clinic! As an owner of 5 large dogs I cannot recommend them enough

We had an amazing visit with our three boys. This was our first time coming here and the boys felt right at home. they are very affordable and really care about the health and well-being of your pets.

Vet was amazing. The visual and auditory stimulation was not what I expected for a vet clinic , it exceeded it !!!! It was so very quiet and serene! It’s almost as if every animal was trained to be on there best behavior with no chaos or commotion and they train dogs as well!! Absolutely beautiful property. My princess (cat) Dutchess was acting lethargic until we came here and once she got out of her kennel she wasn’t even that scared! I have never seen her so comfortable in a new place and her whole demeanor changed, tail up, she was very happy. As a pet mom I think I was more scared than my fur baby as we have only been to a vet 3 times before. It was our first time at this new one. Don’t be intimidated as they are wonderful with cats too!!
