**UPDATE** They have reached out two us on numerous occasions to check on our pup. While they misdiagnosed his cancer, we have to take into account that they are not specialists. It is unreasonable to expect every vet to be able to diagnose every medical condition. With that said, follow your intuitions. If you don't agree with the prognosis given, go get another opinion, at a different veterinarian hospital. Let me start by saying, I had been a satisfied customer here for several years until what happened recently. On 9/15/2025 we took our dog Bentley to see them because he didn't want to eat and would cry when you tried to feed him. After our first visit, they diagnosed him with pancreatitis and gave him probiotic meds and put him on a special diet. Note, there was nothing alarmin

We are new to the area had already chosen this vet as our primary but had not had the chance to make our first appointments. Our pug experienced discomfort from an out of control toenail, and the office was very accommodating and made a next day appointment for us. The office is spacious and clean and they take extra care to make sure dogs were not in each other’s space for too long. The doctor and tech were very thorough and sweet to my pup. And pricing was reasonable. The treatment was successful and so far (two days later) the toe/nail is looking much better. Five-star service, for sure!

I love love love Cypress Fairhaven Vet! From the phone, to the app, the techs and the veterinarians, I’ve had great experiences and all my dogs have gone there for 10 years. Competitive prices but far better service and vet knowledge than other places. I mean, even if someone leaves the gate open… I won’t stray. 5 stars treatment. And I went there initially because I was referred by DREAM Dachshunds, the dachshund group who uses Cypress Fairhaven, and I’ve seen them take care of every pet the same as they do my pups.

The staff and Dr Rayne were amazing. Although We were urgent care we were seen right away at 8:30 when they told us to come. They answered all our questions and never made us feel rushed. The cared for our sweet boy with the most tender hearts. We are forever grateful for their help during a very difficult time for us.
