Definetly recommend taking your animals here! Staff are sweet and caring and answers questions right away! DR. Crowsen is the best at what she does here at Woodside! I Love her!!! You can tell she loves animals and tends to you furrbaby! Also she easily explains any questions to where u understand and not feel dumb when asked! All my furbabies have come here to WoodsideI I give it a 5 star!! My dog sox enjoys his visits and so excited to go to the vet. Here he is on the car ride to the vet!

We have been taking our mixed breed pup to woodside, animal hospital since she was eight weeks old, and we were gifted her from a neighbor. Honestly, I ultimately chose them because they were the closest to our house, after asking for recommendations from friends, neighbors, various facebook groups, etc. Bottom line, after 2 full years of checkups, shots "wellness visits" multiple prescription refills for heart rooms, etc. we couldn't be happier!! Dr. RAUSCH is WONDERFUL and obviously cares about our little girl, the staff is friendly, understands "some" payment difficulties and are willing to work with you, and some of them actually look forward to Nova arriving (even though she's a frisky handful)!

Woodside is part of our family. We have been going here for years! They really care for our fur babies and listen to what you have to say and work with you when you have questions. They are patient and always get back to you. We have had two of our four boys pass there in the office. One we had to plan within a few days. The other was not expected although both were older and had medical issues. Dr. Crowsen is hands down such a sweet and knowledgeable person. She is patient and digs into the problem. We worked on one of our guys Simba and found he had diabetes. We were able to manage him for almost 2 years I believe. I’m giving three stars for a few reasons.. Pros about this place being their staff is very very kind and helpful and quick to fix their mistakes. BUT I don’t think mistakes should be made on a living being as drastic as what happened to my kitten. Little guy got neutered here and I checked out the surgery area as soon as we got home and his incision was not sealed— meaning fat tissue was exposed. This can get dangerous fast. By morning it was worse all I could see was tissue exposed. I took him as soon as they opened and they immediately got him in the exam room and fixed up. The only concern is that not even 30 minutes after picking him up the procedure was either not finished or not closed up properly. Both bad mistakes. Not sure how much I’ll be back here.

I got new and helpful information on my fur babies from the cool vet. Staff was friendly and I didn't feel pressed to buy anything I didn't need like I have experienced at other places before. Overall, it was a good first visit with both of my 10+ year old pups.
