Took my Bernese mix for his first groom! Joanna was extremely knowledgeable and incredibly warm and welcoming. She did a fantastic job with my boy and gave a bunch of awesome recommendations and tips on how to properly care for his coat at home. Looking forward to having her work with my boy again!

They took the time to get to know my dog and made her feel comfortable right away. The grooming itself was flawless—my pup came out looking (and smelling!) amazing. The cut was exactly what I asked for, and it’s clear they pay close attention to detail. I also appreciated how clean and calm the grooming space was—it made the whole visit stress-free for both me and my dog. What really stood out was the care and patience the team showed. Our labradoodle is VERY picky on who she lets groom her...she won't let US do it, but Joanna was great and said she barely resisted. Highly recommend B&B grooming!
