Pet Town

Take it as you will, But the last two times I’ve gotten into this store. I have picked a product off the shelf that has stated it’s priced directly when I check my bank account. The price was doubled and what was stated on the tab. When I went to go ask, they told me that maybe someone had put them back in the wrong spot. I went to go see and yes, the item I did pick was in the wrong spot. I don’t know why this reflects on me as a customer and not the business for mismanagement and not making sure that all their products are accurately stated. But for a simple example, product only cost 599 on The web yet their product is marked up about 80 to 90% more than online retailers. It feels bad as a customer to have to also reference product numbers to make sure that I’m picking the right product

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Amazing Experience at Pet Town Port Orchard! I’ve been to the Pet Town Belfair store before, but this was my first visit to Pet Town Port Orchard — and WOW, I was blown away by their level of customer service and genuine care! It happened to be Halloween, and my dog (dressed up as Krypto the Super Dog 🐶🦸‍♂️) got a full-size bag of high-quality treats from the friendly gal at the counter — such a sweet surprise! I had a bunch of questions about dog food, kibbles, and fresh pet meals, and one of the employees (Dan — who I later found out is the store manager) took the time to really explain everything. He recommended A Pup Above – Porky’s Luau and Natural Balance L.I.D. Lamb & Brown Rice kibble. My dog LOVES this combo — way more than the Science Diet I’d been using

Probably the kindest, most helpful retail experience I have had in years. I am camping, forgot my dog food. The gentleman in the store went above and beyond the call of good service.

Pet Town is always friendly and extremely helpful. We have 4 pups. All with different needs. No matter the need, they can help you find a solution.

Great place for pet gifts, treats & needs. The staff is wonderful & total shocker - they put your pet first!!! It was refreshing to experience someone who cared about my pet as much as I do. Thank you Pet Town - A Real Gem in this town. Will be coming back frequently!!
