Very convenient, great selection, fair prices. Also locally owned with a helpful staff… what more could you ask for in a pet store ? I really appreciate Mary she’s was really helpful with and attentive when I was dealing with the three ring circus involved with bathing my stubborn basset hound, thanks Mary!

This is my favorite location. There some charm to it. They have top of the line products and their alternatives. I appreciate how they partner up with local organizations to assist animals. The workers there are down to Earth. They are very informative and helpful.

Always fine using dog washing stations before today. Two others started to use at the same time. I only had a trickle of water and was willing to come back later. Since I already put my coin in I asked to get one back. Instead they said they would leave it on longer. So my dog that already hates baths had to endure a longer one due to no pressure. I’ll only go back if the other stations are empty. Bummer.
