Preregistrated for my appointment for the first time, which I don’t understand how that helps, you still just stand in line and wait your turn. So that’s a waste of time. But always happy with the efficient people that check you in and out. The vet was ok, but the assistance was great and super friendly to my dog Quincy.. I’m always happy with your program and would recommend you to everyone that has a pet that needs vaccines and meds. Thank you
The only thing that is keeping me giving them five stars, is their system. They have the system where you respond to a text when you’re ready, but that really does nothing for you. You still have to go stand in line at the check-in area. There you get your account pulled up, pet record found, pet weight entered. And what your pet is getting today. Then you go stand in line with those people already checked in. Finally you get to the front of the line, where they ask you again what your pet is getting today. This seems like their system is still evolving and I’m confident they will eventually get there.
Easy, efficient, friendly and much cheaper than a conventional vet visit.
