Chain or not - we are really lucky to have Pet Food Express here in Mill Valley. Best doggie bath around. Tubs always sparkling clean. Plentiful towels. Ample time to wash and dry our large dog. Charles and the team there today were so helpful and friendly. Great to have a place for quick solutions and good advice for our animals.

I’ve been in a very deep feline nutrition rabbit hole…… studying hours a day ….for months …… all my spare time . Hours and hours……. I walked in to pet food express and I couldn’t believe it…… I actually decided on raw diet with a can rotation ……… I needed the cans I decided on……..all of the top notch healthiest brands I’ve studied were there ….. and very few to of the low quality food (that is well known and popular) was there. I went to the counter …….. “what is going on here?” “How are you so knowledgeable of these healthy brands”. This entire selection is absolutely top notch. He said “we have standards” I’m no expert but when you put in the work (studying for hours on end for months) you end up knowing a thing or two. Really relieved to have this store ……. I go in to oth

If you need a dog wash (especially if you have a black dog that makes a mess in the bathtub), this is the place to go. $10 for your first wash too, it’s a steal. Highly recommend after a muddy winter hike for your pup. 🐶

Huge shoutout to Charles — an absolute lifesaver!! My dog rolled in the mud and was a total mess, and my friend refused to let us back in the car (understandably 😂). Charles let me use his space to give my dog a bath for free — no hesitation, just pure kindness. He seriously saved the day. I can’t thank him enough for being so generous and understanding.
