Winding Creek Animal Hospital

Winding Creek went above and beyond what I expected. I had just been to Companion emergency hospital 48 hrs prior and they did the bare minimum, charged me a grand, and didn't fix my cats constipation. When I told Winding Creek she still hasn't deficated 48 hrs later, they told me to rush her in. They took her immediately and cleaned her out the best they could. And showed me before and after x-ray proof. They then cut me a break on the bill knowing what I had just been through. Dr. Achilles and her assistant worked on Phoebe and they were both amazing and very caring, as well as the rest of the staff. I feel it's important to mention that Phoebe is deaf, and because of that she's aggressive. Still they took on the task and took great care of her! I'm very thankful and I Highly recommend!

Dr Achilles is the best, she remembers all our pets no matter hope busy she is. Everyone has been wonderful from checking in, the vet techs, to the follow ups re appts. We appreciate how the hospital is running with one Dr, yet we are always made to feel welcome. Thanks for taking care of our family.

What an Awesome experience ! My senior cat, is declining pretty quickly . But Dr Achillis spent the time with us , explained things to me. The entire staff was Amazing! When I called another facility , they were too busy to listen to me or take the time for me , when I was upset . Not so when I called this place . I wish I could remember her name at the front desk . She was an Angel to me, when I needed it most! This cat isn’t just a cat . He’s been through so many traumatic things with us . Including later strange cancer . He will be 16 if he makes it . Thank you so much for lthe care , and the love ! :) <3 Well ffw a week and a half. I had to make the horrible decision to put him down. I’ve never had such wonderful treatment, through this hard time. I highly recommend this place ❤️

Our dog woke up with a very swollen paw and was limping a lot. We left a message early in the morning and they contacted us as soon as they were open and were able to squeeze us in to handle our dog’s issue. Dr. Achille and her assistant were so caring and attentive in ensuring that our dog got the treatment he needed. Our dog seemed like the most important pet on their schedule that day. We can’t thank Dr Achille, her assistant, and the rest of the staff for the best treatment possible!

Really amazing experience at Winding Creek Animal Hospital. It was very easy to get an appointment, and the team was thoughtful and considerate in their care of my puppy. They took time to advise me, but never pressured me to add unnecessary testing. I highly recommend them for all your furry friend’s care!
