Animal Medical Center of Crystal Lake

The team at Animal Medical Center of Crystal Lake was absolutely wonderful! My cat can be nervous at the vet, but they made her feel calm and at ease right away. Everyone was so gentle and friendly. I also really appreciated how they explained every step of the process and made sure I understood all my options. It’s clear they truly care about both pets and their owners. Highly recommend! Also seen it was national vet tech week and I was not able to leave a note in the office for best tech but I will say Ismael & Dr. Tammy were super great! 10/10

Super friendly. Took my dog in because he was having seizures they took xray and EKG. Got him on some medicine 💊 and he's back to normal again. Our dog gave us a scare for awhile and all is well now. Thank you Animal Medical Center, and Oscar thanks you.

Quality service. Very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. They ran a few tests to rule out more serious issues and prescribed treatment for what they believe would be best. I've been going there for years and I'm never disappointed. Explaining the process in simplest terms

The staff at Animal Medical Center were wonderful with our previous Beagle, Molly. We only came for a few appointments at the end of her life, but they made a more significant impact in those few visits than our previous vet, so we decided to return and make them our primary vet for our new puppy. They were SUPER helpful with end-of-life care for our previous beagle. Very kind and supportive. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a vet clinic.

They are all about taking care of your animals. They listen and exam your pet for everything before moving forward. Never rushing to just diagnosis and give medication to get you on your way. Listening to my concerns and helping me to fully understand what is going on with my dog. I appreciate that they didn't just try and sell me their own stuff/other services and that I can do other things to make my dog feel better as well!!
