Wilson's Carpet Plus

I have not had any work done by them, but I did make a last minute purchase of tile when a competitor's shipment was delivered and the order was not filled correctly. I visited the showroom several times trying to decide on a field tile to match some art tile for trim that I had picked. The final price was very reasonable and I love my new tile! Pictures when the project is complete. Be sure to ask about the tile from Spain in the back room!

The WORST experience I have EVER had. First they delivered the wrong tile. Then they couldn't tell me when I would get the correct tile. After they received the correct tile they dropped it and it broke. Making it from a couple of days transaction to 2 weeks. And when the woman called me and told me the tile broke she was laughing!!! Rude and ridiculous.

Wilson's starting working on my floor on April 10th. But poor communication/bad planning/bad estimates/bad sub-contractors/defective grout material/etc on Wilson's part caused the project to drag on well passed the original 1 week time line. It took nearly 6 months of struggling to get the work done mostly correctly. Meanwhile, the most recent crew they had working in my home decided to play around with my things (some of which are wi-fi enabled). I know this because their data automatically synced to my smart phone and it was clearly not data anyone in my family had entered (data didn't match our norms and data was entered while we were away but crew was present). Worst experience with a local business ever. They had to send 3 crews out to get the carpet installed when promised. Within weeks it frayed. The owner came out and inspected it and said he would replace it and then never returned our calls again. Horrible experience.

Worst customer service ever ! Called in asking about pricing for carpet . Lady who says she is the manager replies " I'm tired of talking on the phone just come in " and hangs up . Utterly disrespectful! Definetly will not do business with this company.
