I had exactly the opposite experience from the other reviewer. I took in my two cats for an exam and annual vaccines. This clinic doesn't operate with an appointment structure, so I just showed up during office hours and was taken to a (clean) exam room right away. The woman at the front desk was very friendly, and the staff knew both her and the man leaving with his cat by name and profession. They didn't try to push unnecessary extras on me, and my bill was VERY cheap (I don't want to put the exact number, because five years from now someone might read this and expect the same price). I needed help with a stray cat that was sick. They said they only take appointments and couldn't take me ;so, I asked if they could guide me to an available or affordable hospital and put me on hold and never answered. I called back after they hung up and they were closed. The cat died as a result. I would think that helping animals would be the number one priority for this " hospital". smh

Took care of my cat that needed to be shaved. Sewed up a cut on her too. Just a bit too expensive.
