I adopted a very anxious pug and it is tough to take her around anyone while she learns she’s safe. The staff at Petfolk were so accommodating. They have a lot of options to try to help her feel as calm and she can. We weren’t able to do a full exam, but at least I feel like we have a plan to help her become less anxious over time. I’m very grateful to the staff for listening and helping us.

I’ve had a great experience with Pet Folk and highly recommend them! They’re extremely efficient with appointments, and their system makes communication quick and proactive, which gives me confidence in my pets’ care. The staff is always friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. The membership program has been a huge value for me as a pet mom who visits at the first sign of trouble — it gives me real peace of mind. They also offer around-the-clock support and have multiple locations, which makes getting a last-minute appointment so much easier. Special praise for Dr. H and her team — they’ve been wonderful with my dog, and she absolutely loves her. Their kindness and patience ​have made every visit stress-free. I just so happened to stumble upon Petfolk by chance due to an urgent need for my dog Benji. And WOW. So glad I did!! The care everyone took to ensure my worries were addressed were amazing. Not only did they take care of Benji but they included me in the options for his care which I appreciated. Even when I retuned with concerns they were quickly taken care of. I did end up signing up for the annual membership for $199 and the 24/7 access to a nurse is amazing. One of the nurses has been checking in periodically on his progress, which I’ve never had done before so I must say it feels so reassuring. Definitely 10/10 experience so far!

I am a huge fan of Dr. H! She always takes such great care of my dog, Maverick Armani, and he absolutely loves her! I was truly lucky to find Petfolk and Dr. H. I love the summary notes and the level of detail they provide, with options and appreciate how they always will work with my budget, and maintain a high level of care for my boy. I was disappointed in my visit today with the vet. Everything was going well until Dr. Brianna Wiest came into the room. The nurses before her were able to calmly and successfully draw blood from my kitten, but when Dr. Wiest tried to give her an injection, she had no bedside manners when talking to me and treating my kitten. My kitten was distressed and reacted poorly to the doctor because she did not know how to approach my kitten to calm her down. Additionally, Dr. Wiest made me feel inadequate as a pet owner and like she was scolding us because of my kitten’s behavior. The people that came in before the Doctor were super professional and patient in treating my kitten, but the doctor was not. It felt like the appointment took a complete 180 when the doctor came in.
