Uptown Pup Healthy Pet Food & Self Wash

I went to Uptown Pup to use their self-wash station. The store was spectacularly clean and well-organized, especially considering that it is a pet supplies store. They had a great selection of foods, toys, and collars/harnesses. The self-washing stations were so cute, with multiple options for shampoos and after-bath sprays that were included with the bath. They explained how to use each part of the bath, and gave tips on how to best use the equipment. The water was even nice and warm! Overall, I was very impressed and will be coming here to bath my dog again!

Kelsey was not only incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, but she also went above and beyond to care for my anxious border collie who absolutely hates the blow dryer. She took the time to soothe him with peanut butter pup ice cream and even shared helpful tips on how to gently reintroduce him to the blow dryer at home. Acts of kindness like this truly stand out. I’m so grateful for the level of care and compassion — will continue to be loyal customer!

Hands down THE BEST pet store in the metroplex!! Uptown Pup has it all and so many goodies for your fur babies - Toys, treats, bandanas & merch from local small businesses, and most importantly food that is healthy for your pups (and cats) that you can feel confident in feeding them. Owners Lauren & Kevin are trained in pet nutrition and are SO knowledgeable about the products they offer and what to feed your animals to keep them healthy and happy. I cannot say enough great things about them; but one thing is abundantly clear - They CARE about providing pet owners and their animals knowledge and products that build a healthy lifestyle. Once you shop with them, you’ll never go back to chain pet stores. Their hearts and compassion shine from the moment you walk into Uptown Pup!

The cutest boutique dog shop in Dallas! I take my dog here frequently to use their self-wash stations. You get your choice of shampoo and conditioner plus an array of products and brushes, all for $14. The owners are so nice and super knowledgeable about their products. They also have a great reward system so I’m constantly getting little discounts and free treats, which I really appreciate. Could not recommend more!

This is one of my fav stores in Dallas!! I always rave about Uptown Pup to any of my friends with pets. The owners and workers are all so incredibly helpful and friendly— you can tell they genuinely love what they do and are always so excited to help me pick out a new bone, toy, or even collar for my pup. We also rented the yard for our dog’s birthday which was a HUGE hit and they went above & beyond helping us make the day great. They provided toys & goodie bags for all guests which was so thoughtful. Highly recommend shopping here for your dog or stopping by any of the events they do!
