I have been coming to this self-serve dog wash station for a very long time, before many people knew about it. It’s quick, affordable, and keeps my bathroom clean at home! However, a lot more people have discovered it and it is starting to get busy. I was running a bit late which has never been an issue in the past because it was never that busy, but come to my surprise today, it became an issue because appointments were all lined up for people unlike me who showed up on time! I went back in the line queue and waited. The staff saw how long I was waiting and remedied the situation promptly. I knew I was the one that was late so they didn’t have any obligation to accommodate me, however, they did! Thank you Cal for helping us out and being the reason for this 5 star review! My doggie loves

Worst experience EVER. First time I took her for a bath she came back home so nervous, wouldn't let us put her collar on, would get agresive. Was shaken up for days. I took her again only for nail trimming. I went in with her. Long story short they held her neck so tight they were choking her. Her eyes popped out blood shot. I had to yell to the handler, let her go you are choking her. Never ever again.

I went to this Walmart location in Dallas, where I normally take my dog to get groomed, and had a terrible experience. I was turned away without proper explanation and told I’d receive a call back — which never happened until the day of when they suddenly called asking me to bring my dog in. By that point, it was too late and extremely unprofessional. The lack of communication and poor customer service was frustrating. On top of that, the store itself smelled bad and felt poorly maintained. Overall, the experience was unpleasant from start to finish. I will never return to this location for grooming services again. I’d rather go elsewhere or learn to groom my dog myself than deal with this level of disorganization and disrespect for customers’ time.

I took Katie Cupcake for her first grooming at Walmart on 83rd Ave. Glendale, Az and I could not be more pleased with the Groomer. She did exactly what I asked and Katie looks beautiful. The staff were so nice and kind. Everyone was so pleasant and sweet to Katie and me. We will be back, I give them a 5 thumbs up 👍👍👍👍👍

Never had a bad experience until today. My yorkie came in with very long hair and I specifically asked for the google picture listed below and was told no problem; they even took pictures of what I wanted. Upon my arrival, being so excited, I get to my baby and all of her hair is cut off including her face which I told them not to touch. The person whom I spoke with apparently did not even write down what I wanted and I came back to a dog that I had to question was mine. My baby was upset with tears in her eyes and didn’t want to look at me let alone answer me when I call her. Not only that, burns are constantly left on all dogs. I have been crying non stop since leaving.
