We have a new Lab added to our family and she need a bath and nail trim. This was our first time using this groomer. Service was quick and we love the way they schedule their services. Our puppy was taken straight back and they got started on her as soon as we arrived. No being put in a cage until her time. That was the best part for us. Thanks for the great job and we'll see you all again.

If you’re looking for a professional, experienced, and caring environment this IS NOT the place for that. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL! ITS A NIGHTMARE ON HOISERY MILL RD! They are not BBB accredited (found this out after further looking into them due to this incident), and the BBB website says this is a “mobile pet grooming” business based in Hiram! I’m curious on if they should even be legally operating in a brick and mortar location! Not to mention they also don’t confirm vaccination records here! Yet another red flag! I should have stuck to our usual groomer but wanted to give this place a try since it was also nearby. NEVER AGAIN! Totally recommend! My sweet girl got her first groom here by Rachael and she did an amazing job. She is going through a biting phase but she was still able to get her cleaned up. I was speechless when I picked her up yesterday. I will attach before and after photos. Will totally be back. Thank you thank you thank you 🥰

This was my 2nd visit and the 1st visit was really good and my shih Tzu looked great. I took her to her 2nd and LAST appointment because she looked horrible!! She was all choppy and even shaved on her side. Her tail looked as if it wasn't brushed at all. I've sent several texts with pictures with no resolution at all. All my shih Tzu has done was scratch since she got home. I wouldn't recommend!!

The shop is always clean, the staff is friendly, and they take excellent care of my pups. If you can get it, the mobile service is spectacular. I've been using them since 2021 and my Shih Tzus always look and smell amazing afterwards. Plus, they are not super stressed out. Thank you, Pretty Paws!
